The 360° Home Snapshot provides a comprehensive visual record of the home’s condition at a specific point in time. Using professional 360° imaging technology, we capture detailed images of the property that allow homeowners to view the home remotely and maintain a documented record of its condition. This service includes imaging of: • All interior rooms • Exterior elevations of the home Images are delivered through the secure Spectora portal, where they can be viewed anytime from any device. Common Uses Homeowners commonly request a 360° Home Snapshot: • At the start of a new Home Watch relationship • Prior to seasonal departure • After a storm event • Before or after contractor work • For insurance documentation • As an annual record of the property Additional Documentation Additional still images of specific areas or items may be included upon request. This service creates an objective visual record of the property and is separate from routine Home Watch visit reporting.
