Water Zone Pricing

Home Watch visits are priced based on the number of water zones in the home.

A water zone refers to any area where plumbing fixtures are located and require inspection during a visit.

Water Zones

🍽️Kitchen - Sink, dishwasher, plumbing fixtures

🚿Bathroom - Sinks, toilet, shower or tub

🧺Laundry Room - Washer connections and drain

🏝Outdoor Kitchen - Exterior sinks or appliances

🏊Pool / Spa Area - Pool equipment and water features

Each of these areas counts as one water zone.

Homes with more plumbing areas require additional time to properly inspect and operate fixtures during Watch Visits.
