Check In Visit

Service Description

A Check-In Visit is an abbreviated walkthrough designed to confirm that the home remains secure and operating within normal conditions. During a Check-In Visit we verify: • Interior temperature levels • Interior humidity levels • Exterior condition of the home • Signs of interior water leaks or moisture issues • Doors and windows for security and visible damage • Refrigerator and freezer operation • Signs of rodent or insect activity • Pool or spa water level (visual observation) This visit provides a quick confirmation that the home’s environment and major systems appear to be functioning normally. A photo-documented report is provided following each visit. The Check-In Visit is typically paired with a Watch Visit as part of our Preferred Watch Client service schedule.
