The Departure Service provides a simple home closing service for homeowners who have already prepared the interior of the home for their absence. This service is typically scheduled to coincide with the first garbage collection after departure and includes two trips to the property. Trip One • Garbage and recycling containers are placed at the curb for collection This allows perishable items to be discarded after the homeowner leaves. Trip Two • Return to the property to bring containers back in • Visual exterior walk-around of the home This service ensures trash containers are handled properly while confirming that the property appears secure. When This Service Is Used The Departure Service is typically selected when the homeowner has already completed the interior preparation of the home but would like assistance managing garbage and recycling after departure. For homeowners leaving for the entire season, the Seasonal Departure Service is generally recommended.
