Service Description

The Preferred Watch Client service is our standard Home Watch program for seasonal residents. Homes enrolled in this program receive two scheduled visits each month, typically the week of the 7th and the week of the 21st. This visit structure allows us to consistently monitor the home and identify potential concerns early while the property is unoccupied. During scheduled visits we perform structured walkthroughs to verify: • Interior temperature and humidity • Plumbing system operation • HVAC performance • Interior and exterior conditions • Door and window security • Visible signs of leaks or moisture • Refrigerator and freezer operation • Signs of rodent or insect activity Each visit includes a photo-documented report so homeowners can see the current condition of their property. Preferred Watch Client Benefits Homes enrolled in the Preferred Watch Client program receive priority access to: • Storm shutter closing and opening services • Storm response inspections • Vehicle care services • Mail retrieval services • Contractor access coordination • Seasonal scheduling priority Designed for Seasonal Residents The twice-monthly schedule helps ensure systems remain operational while providing consistent documentation of the home's condition during extended absences.
