Service Description

Professional Home Watch provides storm shutter closing services for homes enrolled in our Preferred Watch Client program. This service helps protect the property when severe weather is approaching. We service the following shutter systems: • Accordion shutters • Pull-down shutters • Motorized shutters Storm panel systems and second-story shutters are not serviced. Standard Configuration Storm shutter service includes: • 1 Entry door • 1 Sliding glass door • 6 Windows Service is limited to first-floor openings only. Additional openings may be serviced for an additional fee per unit. Installation Timing Storm shutters may be closed: • When a Hurricane Warning is issued • At the homeowner’s request (subject to HOA requirements) Storm preparation services are limited during each storm event and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early requests are recommended. Safety Limitations Storm shutter installation will cease when sustained winds reach 40 mph. Because of this safety requirement, installation cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests.
