Service Description

Professional Home Watch offers Vehicle Care services for homeowners who leave a vehicle at the property while they are away. This service helps maintain the vehicle during extended absence and ensures it remains in proper operating condition. During a Vehicle Care visit we may: • Start the vehicle and allow it to reach operating temperature • Drive the vehicle briefly within the neighborhood (upon request) • Move the vehicle within the driveway if necessary • Perform a visual check for obvious concerns Regular operation can help maintain battery life and overall vehicle condition while the home is unoccupied. Client Requirements To provide Vehicle Care service: • Vehicle keys must be left with Professional Home Watch • Written authorization must be on file • Vehicle must be properly insured and in safe operating condition Service Limitations Vehicle Care is limited to short-distance operation within the community. We do not: • Use the vehicle for errands or extended driving • Perform mechanical repairs or maintenance • Add fuel or fluids If a concern is observed, the homeowner will be notified.
