Service Description

A Watch Visit is a comprehensive walkthrough of the home designed to verify that major systems are operating properly and that no visible concerns are developing while the home is unoccupied. During a Watch Visit we perform a structured inspection of the property including: • Interior temperature and humidity verification • Operation of plumbing fixtures to maintain traps and verify proper drainage • Inspection for visible water leaks or moisture concerns • HVAC system performance check • Interior and exterior visual inspection of the property • Verification of door and window security • Refrigerator and freezer operation check • Rodent and insect activity check • Pool or spa water level observation Operating plumbing fixtures during Watch Visits helps prevent: • Sewer gas or sulfur odors • Dry plumbing traps • Undetected leaks • Moisture buildup A photo-documented report is provided following each visit so homeowners can see the current condition of their property. How Watch Visits Fit Into Your Service Watch Visits are typically paired with Check-In Visits as part of our Preferred Watch Client service schedule. This twice-monthly visit structure allows us to monitor the home consistently and identify potential issues early.
