Complete Basic Watch Walkthrough 2. Turn water on to run plumbing fixtures. 3. Flush and Brush toilet 4. Flush water heater to reduce sulfur odor 5. Run disposer and lubricate 6. Run dishwasher through cycle 7. Open & close unobstructed doors & windows Vehicle Care 1. Start and idle vehicle during visit 2. Short drive “around the block” (4th visit) Plant Care Water plants at each visit 15% off additional services with a minimum 4 month sign up
